EU Compliance Suite — licences and pricing
Annual licences for one shop, with updates and email support for 12 months. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies — VAT is collected and remitted by Creem, our merchant of record, so your invoice comes from Creem with the tax handled.

- Toy library: 10 warning categories, 253 official texts, in 23 of the 24 official EU languages (Annex V, Directive 2009/48/EC) — applies until 1 August 2030, when Regulation (EU) 2025/2509 replaces the Directive

- Display records with CSV export
- Updates and email support for 12 months
- One shop
Suite — every library we publish
€129 / year
Everything in the €49 licence, plus:
- Every warning library we publish while your subscription runs — included at no extra charge
- Priority handling of support email
- One shop
Not ready to buy? The part that every EU shop needs — the legal guarantee notice (Annex I) and the durability label with its three editable fields (Annex II) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 — is also published as a free plugin on WordPress.org. No account, no licence key, updates straight from the directory. The licences above add the statutory warning library (Module C: 10 toy categories, 253 official texts in 23 languages) and priority support.
Bought the smaller licence and want the Suite later? Switch it yourself in the Creem customer portal — no email needed.
What a licence covers
- One shop means one WordPress installation. A staging copy and one development copy do not count.
- 12 months of updates and email support from the purchase date. When it expires the plugin keeps working with the version you installed; renewing restores updates.
- Renewal is at the same price unless we tell you otherwise before it renews. The subscription is handled by Creem and can be cancelled there at any time.
- Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked — see the refund policy.
- Moving to another site: deactivate the licence in the plugin settings, then activate it on the new site.

Questions
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. The plugin renders on the product page, in the cart and at checkout, and adds the notice to the order confirmation email when WooCommerce is active. On a shop without WooCommerce the blocks and shortcodes still work wherever you place them.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The legal guarantee notice (Annex I, in 24 official EU languages) and the durability label (Annex II) with its three editable fields are published as a free plugin on WordPress.org. It is the same rendering code, including the per-country language resolution and the display records with CSV export, and updates come straight from the plugin directory. The paid licences add the statutory warning library (Module C) plus 12 months of updates and email support.
Does this make my shop compliant?
No, and nothing can honestly promise that. We display the official content and keep a record of having displayed it. Which rules apply to your products is your call — we are not a law firm and this is not legal advice.
What happens when my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working with the version you have, and everything already shown stays shown. You stop receiving updates and email support until you renew. Renewing at any time restores both.
