14 days, no questions asked
If the plugin does not work for your shop, or it is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back. You do not have to explain why.
- Email support@werkmade.com with your licence key or the Creem order number.
- We confirm within one business day and stop the licence (the key stops validating, so please remove the plugin or replace it first if it matters to you).
- Creem, our merchant of record, refunds the payment to the original payment method. Card and wallet refunds usually land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
Renewals can be cancelled at any time in the Creem customer portal so they do not renew again; the licence then simply runs to the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal was charged by mistake — you meant to cancel and did not get to it — email us and we will refund that renewal.
Your statutory rights
This policy is voluntary and comes on top of your rights as a consumer in the country where you live; it does not replace or reduce them. If you are a consumer in the EU you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal — email us and we will handle it under whichever rule gives you the better outcome.
